Cut Above is hiring a full-time, permanent, on-site Barbering Tutor in Auckland CBD to deliver its Level 4 Barbering programme. The role combines practical and theory-based teaching, industry knowledge, student mentoring, progress monitoring, and support toward employment outcomes. Applicants need a nationally recognised Level 4 Commercial Barbering qualification or equivalent, at least three years of relevant industry experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a passion for developing future barbers; an Adult Teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential. No previous teaching experience is required because training, resources, and ongoing support are provided.
