RH is hiring a Barista to provide world-class guest service in a luxury home furnishings hospitality setting. The role includes setting up and breaking down the barista bar, preparing coffee, tea, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, delivering food and drinks, explaining menu items, answering guest questions, and maintaining a collaborative work environment. Candidates need at least two years of server experience, food and wine knowledge, required state certifications, legal eligibility to serve alcohol, POS experience such as Micros, coffee-program knowledge, schedule flexibility, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
