Description
Black Rock Coffee Bar is hiring a Barista to deliver exceptional customer service, prepare coffee and other beverages and food items, maintain clean and organized work areas, handle cash and credit transactions, support inventory and restocking, assist with training new team members, and uphold company policies in a fast-paced, community-oriented environment. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, the ability to work independently and flexibly across varying shifts, and physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and other in-store tasks. Compensation is $10.00 per hour plus tips, with hourly nonexempt status.
