Common Man Roadside Market & Deli is hiring baristas for its Portsmouth location on Lafayette Road. The role provides friendly and knowledgeable service, assists guests with food and drink orders, prepares hot and cold beverages, bakes and serves fresh pastries, handles expo food orders, and helps keep the front of house clean and stocked. The position offers full-time or part-time flexible hours, $17-$20 per hour depending on experience, free meals, health, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) with company match, career development, paid community service hours, and an employee referral bonus.
