Description
The Master Barista coordinates daily beverage operations across hotel restaurants, bars, banquet outlets, and other F&B locations; prepares specialty coffee, espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and other drinks; maintains product quality and service standards; manages inventory, par levels, equipment, and training; supports menu and event planning; and coaches and develops beverage-service staff. The role also requires strong customer-service, multitasking, teamwork, and flexible availability, including VIP service and irregular shifts as needed.
