Kuppa Joy is hiring a part-time Barista to prepare coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages; provide customer service; operate POS and register systems; maintain café cleanliness; and support team operations during peak periods. The role requires at least 25 hours per week, Saturday, weekend, and holiday availability, California Food Handler Certification, and completion of pre-employment assessments and a video interview. Compensation is $16.90–$21.00 per hour plus tips, with a complimentary shift drink, employee discount, and benefits for full-time employees.
