The Lofton Hotel is hiring a Barista for Mezzo Mezzo, an all-day restaurant in downtown Minneapolis that operates as a coffee shop in the morning and a pizzeria with a full-service bar in the evening. The role prepares and serves Spyhouse Coffee beverages, operates espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems, provides hospitality service, maintains café cleanliness, restocks supplies, and supports opening and closing procedures. Candidates need basic specialty coffee knowledge, cash-handling and English communication skills, manual dexterity, and the ability to obtain any required license or certificate.
