Description
Meriwether Godsey is hiring a full-time Barista at Sweet Briar College in Amherst, Virginia. The role provides specialty coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages; greets and serves customers; follows food and beverage recipes; maintains a clean workstation; processes payments; sells baked goods and other food items; and maintains cafe inventory. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m., with pay of $14–$15 per hour. Prior barista and food services experience, POS experience, customer service, communication, organizational, and flexibility skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required or preferred, while health, vision, and dental benefits are offered.
