SpartanNash is hiring a retail coffee shop associate in Elkhart, Indiana. The role prepares coffee beverages and food, operates a cash register, processes payments, stocks and rotates merchandise, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, communicates promotions to customers, and provides courteous customer service. A high school diploma or GED and one year of retail or related experience are preferred, while communication, customer service, organizational, basic literacy, and arithmetic skills are required. The position involves extended standing and walking and lifting up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
