The Coffee Barista will greet customers, explain menus and ingredients, take orders, prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, handle payments, maintain a clean bar and coffee shop area, and follow safety and cleanliness guidelines. The role requires strong customer service, knowledge of brewing equipment, the ability to handle multiple orders, and the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
