Thuma is hiring a Barista for its new flagship store and cafe in Cherry Creek. Reporting to the Lead Barista, the role oversees daily cafe operations, prepares and serves high-quality coffee, provides customer service, recommends products, maintains cleanliness, and collaborates with the retail team. The position requires in-person work, flexible hours including weekends and holidays, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; prior barista experience is preferred.
