Black Rock Coffee Bar is hiring a Barista to welcome customers, prepare coffee and coffee-less beverages and food, handle cash and credit transactions, maintain clean and organized work areas, promote products, support training, manage inventory, and resolve customer complaints. The role requires strong communication, customer service, attention to detail, flexibility for varying shifts, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is $15.15 per hour plus tips, with hourly nonexempt status.
