Compass Group is hiring immediately for full- and part-time Barista positions at Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. The role prepares espresso and coffee orders, handles food and beverage service, uses a point-of-sale system, maintains sanitation and HACCP standards, and serves customers. Prior barista experience is preferred, and the schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. Pay is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, with ongoing applications until openings are filled.
