Blue Bottle Coffee is hiring a Barista to prepare and serve coffee, food, and other beverages; provide hospitality; maintain beverage and food quality; support cafe operations; and uphold health, food safety, and safety standards. The role requires an existing or soon-to-be-obtained Food Handler’s Certification, basic math and computer skills, a flexible schedule, and eligibility to work in the United States. Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, training, paid time off, and other employee benefits, with compensation of $17.20 per hour plus tips averaging $5–$7 per shift hour.
