Blank Street is hiring Baristas to prepare coffee, matcha, and other cafe beverages while delivering customer-centric service in fast-paced cafe environments. The role includes operating coffee equipment, maintaining food and beverage quality, managing par levels, following health and safety standards, and supporting store initiatives. Candidates need at least one year of customer-service experience, preferably in hospitality or coffee, and must be able to work the specified part-time or full-time schedule, including peak days.
