Description
The employer is hiring a part-time Barkeeper (w/m/d) for its first official bar, working 20–25 hours per week. The role combines drink preparation and service, including cocktails, coffee, spirits, and digital ordering; table and bar organization; cash reconciliation, inventory support, and stock replenishment; and HACCP-based hygiene and youth-protection compliance. Candidates should have initial bar experience, mixology and beverage knowledge, strong German, business and POS knowledge, and flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays.
