Victory Junction is hiring a paid Equine Intern to support its barn and therapeutic riding operations. The role assists with animal care, grooming, tacking, feeding, barn cleaning, horse leading, side-walking during therapeutic riding sessions, and petting zoo activities. The intern will work under the Barn Director, follow barn safety procedures, and promote the safety and well-being of campers, staff, volunteers, and animals. The internship runs Friday through Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off, offers a $150 weekly stipend, provides housing and meals during programming, and may provide academic credit.
