Description
The Barn Program Manager supports the management of Victory Junction’s barn facility, animals, and therapeutic riding programs. Responsibilities include barn upkeep, horse care, program animal care, volunteer and staff orientation, safety enforcement, camp program support, and team coordination. The role requires at least two years of equine experience, riding experience, knowledge of equine first aid and lameness, stall cleaning, grooming, and tacking, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication, public relations, and teamwork skills.
