Description
Park Hyatt Mexico City is hiring a Bars Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s bars, lead the bar team, manage beverage quality and inventory, develop creative cocktail programs, control costs, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements. The role requires hospitality or related education, 3–5 years of bar or beverage operations experience, strong mixology and beverage knowledge, leadership and training skills, budgeting and inventory experience, excellent communication and guest-service abilities, fluent Spanish and English, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
