Hotel Mockingbird is hiring a Bartender for its Food and Beverage department, reporting to the F&B Supervisor. The role involves greeting guests, taking and processing beverage orders, preparing cocktails and beer, executing wine service, upselling specials, maintaining bar inventory and cleanliness, and providing professional hospitality. Candidates must be at least 21, know house cocktails and wine selections, handle money and POS operations, and be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
