Description
The Bartender reports to the Beverage Manager and is responsible for greeting guests, taking and processing beverage orders, preparing cocktails and beer, executing wine service, upselling, maintaining bar inventory and cleanliness, and providing professional hospitality. The role requires an Indiana license, age 21 or older, strong beverage and cocktail knowledge, customer-service and communication skills, basic math and register operation, and the ability to work standing for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Previous bartending, serving, or customer-service experience is required.
