Description
The Bartender prepares and serves cocktails, beverages, food, and merchandise in a casino restaurant or bar environment. The role takes and enters customer orders, processes payments and balances a house bank, verifies legal drinking age, provides responsible alcohol service, maintains bar inventory and cleanliness, follows food safety and alcohol-service regulations, and delivers courteous guest service. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of food and beverage or hospitality experience, one year of bartending experience, safe alcohol server certification, and the ability to obtain a gaming license.
