Description
Pacific Hospitality Group is seeking a bartender to prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks while delivering a high-energy hotel or resort guest experience. The role includes bar setup and inventory, cash and card handling, upselling food and beverage items, accommodating dietary and special requests, maintaining sanitation and safety standards, preventing service to minors and intoxicated guests, and resolving or escalating guest complaints. Two years of bartending experience, preferably in a hotel or resort, is required; a current Food Handlers Card and Responsible Beverage Service certification are preferred or must be obtained within 30 days.
