A theatre bartender is responsible for operating and maintaining the theatre bar, preparing and serving drinks, providing guest service, recommending and upselling bar items, following company policies and liquor laws, and monitoring guests’ alcohol consumption. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of alcohol-service experience, Responsible Vendor training and certification, and minimum age of 21.
