Fairmont Udaipur Palace is hiring a Bartender for its pre-opening team. The role involves preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taking drink orders, mixing cocktails, maintaining bar cleanliness, verifying customer identification, monitoring inventory, processing payments, following food safety and responsible alcohol service policies, coordinating with restaurant and kitchen teams, and handling guest inquiries. Previous bartending or hospitality experience is preferred, along with knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers, strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
