Raffles & Fairmont Doha is hiring a Bartender to prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, while delivering luxury guest service. The role includes maintaining a clean and organized bar, managing inventory, checking guest identification, handling cash and payments, collaborating with the F&B team, attending training, and assisting with opening and closing duties. Candidates should have previous bartending experience, strong beverage knowledge, communication and customer-service skills, attention to detail, basic math skills, English fluency, and flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
