Description
The Bartender prepares and serves beverages and cocktails according to approved recipes and presentation standards, maintains product and garnish knowledge, engages guests professionally, upsells to enhance satisfaction and revenue, completes bar operations and inventory tasks, processes payments, and supports banqueting and other hotel areas. The role requires at least two years of bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar, or similar food and beverage establishment, along with knowledge of beverage preparation, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety, and availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
