Description
The Bartender will provide bar service at the 25hours Hotel One Central, including identifying guest needs, recommending and upselling products, preparing cocktails and other drinks, processing transactions, maintaining bar standards, and supporting opening, closing, cleaning, and hygiene procedures. The role requires at least 3–4 years of experience in a 5-star hotel, upscale bar, or high-end restaurant, strong beverage and bar-service knowledge, POS and cash-handling experience, responsible alcohol service, and confident English communication.
