Description
The Bartender provides food and beverage service for restaurant patrons, golf tournaments, meetings, and special events at a golf course. Responsibilities include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, processing orders and POS transactions, maintaining the bar area, checking guest IDs, monitoring consumption, collaborating with barbacks and servers, and opening or closing the bar. The role requires a valid driver’s license, legal age to serve liquor, knowledge of classic cocktails and spirits, strong communication and multitasking skills, and flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; previous bartending experience is preferred.
