The Bartender greets customers, learns their preferences, recommends menu items, prepares and serves beverages and food, upsells items, creates recipes, uses proper equipment and ingredients, and handles basic cleaning. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of experience, availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds. Compensation varies by state, with hourly pay plus tips and benefits available to full-time employees working 30 or more hours.
