Au Cheval is hiring a Bartender immediately for its Nashville location. The role serves alcoholic beverages in a high-volume restaurant and banquet environment, prepares and recommends specialty drinks, handles cash and point-of-sale systems, follows beverage laws, maintains a safe work area, and delivers drink orders. Candidates need at least two years of recent bartending experience, legal drinking age, basic math and communication skills, availability for weekends and some holidays, and the ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds.
