Description
The Bartender will mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to Spare Time Entertainment’s recipes and pouring guidelines, recommend menu items and specials, maintain a clean bar, operate the POS system, verify guest IDs, monitor alcohol consumption, and follow safety and compliance policies. The role also includes bussing tables, restocking, light food preparation, opening and closing duties, and working in a fast-paced environment with regular weekend and evening shifts. Two or more years of bartending or waitstaff experience and a high school diploma are preferred, while TIPS or SERVSafe certification is preferred or required by state law.
