Description
The Bartender receives and prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage orders, mixes drinks according to standard recipes, serves guests, operates a cash register, maintains accurate bank records, keeps the bar area clean, prepares bar-stock requisitions, and replenishes ice. The role requires applicants to be at least 21 years old, have excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to stand and walk during a shift, lift up to 25 pounds, and obtain or maintain any necessary licenses or certifications; prior bartending experience is preferred.
