Description
The Bartender maintains beverage control, accurately pours and serves drinks, prepares the bar area, restocks supplies, and provides personalized service to members and guests. The role reports to a food and beverage director and requires knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, cocktails, and menu items, along with strong communication, safety, and service-recovery skills. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma, alcohol and food safety certification, prior food and beverage experience, and basic bar and wine knowledge.
