Description
The Bartender serves beverages and food, prepares drinks for other servers, and acts as a cashier for the lounge. The role maintains bar supplies and perishables, greets guests, promotes and documents drink orders, mixes and garnishes beverages, follows alcohol-serving requirements, processes point-of-sale transactions, handles cash and deposits, and secures equipment and bank deposits. Candidates must communicate in English, work as a team, have basic food and beverage preparation knowledge, basic mathematical and register skills, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in confined spaces for long periods.
