The Senior Bartender leads the bar staff and oversees bar operations at a luxury resort or private club, including guest service, beverage creation, inventory, POS transactions, food safety, and staff training. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two to three years of bartending experience, food-safety knowledge, strong beverage and wine knowledge, and the ability to work flexible hours.
