Description
The Bartender will mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, prepare cocktails, pour beer and wine, collect drink payments, guide guests, merchandise cocktail hours and special events, follow alcohol-awareness procedures, maintain bar supplies and alcohol storage, and clean bar areas. The role requires previous bartending experience, the ability to stand for long periods, and knowledge of liquor and preparation methods. The hotel operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day, and employees may be scheduled for shifts other than their preference.
