Description
The Bartender reports to the Head Bartender and is responsible for setting up the bar, welcoming guests, taking orders, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, processing payments, maintaining inventory, keeping the bar organized, assisting dining-room service, and addressing guest complaints. The role requires at least three years of experience in a similar position, strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and coffee beverages, excellent customer service and communication skills in French and English, and availability for evenings and weekends.
