Description
The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic beverages, processes guest orders, enforces liquor laws and Grotto Pizza policies, maintains cash and inventory records, controls the bar environment, cleans and stocks the bar, and assists with training and opening or closing procedures. The role requires some secondary education, ABCC certification in Delaware, at least six months of server or bartender experience, and the ability to stand and walk for up to five hours while lifting up to 25 pounds.
