Description
The Bartender works under the General Manager and is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages, enforcing liquor laws, taking and processing guest orders, maintaining cash-register records, controlling waste and inventory, cleaning and stocking the bar, and assisting with server and bartender training. The role requires some secondary education, ABCC certification in Delaware, at least six months of server or bartender experience, and the ability to stand and walk for up to five hours while lifting up to 25 pounds.
