MAMA MAKAN is hiring a full-time Bartender for its restaurant and bar inside the Hyatt Regency Amsterdam. The role involves preparing and serving cocktails and other beverages, taking orders, up-selling, maintaining beverage standards and inventory, operating the point-of-sales system, handling guest complaints, and completing opening and closing duties. Candidates need at least two years of F&B experience, cocktail and wine-service knowledge, HACCP knowledge, English communication skills, and legal authorization to work in the Netherlands; visa sponsorship is not offered.
