Description
The role serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a bar and dining room, prepares drinks according to standard recipes, enters customer orders, accepts payments, checks guests’ identification, tracks open-bar tabs, anticipates guest needs, and responsibly monitors intoxication. It requires legal drinking age, a Responsible Service of Alcohol test score of 90% or better, a California Food Handlers card, knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, strong communication, calmness under pressure, time management, and availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
