LAGO is hiring a full-time Bartender for a dining and nightlife environment. The role involves preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness and food-safety standards, using Toast POS, handling cash, managing inventory, recommending drinks, coordinating with kitchen staff, and serving guests during peak hours. Applicants need at least two years of bartending experience in a fine-dining or nightclub setting, food-handling knowledge, strong customer service and basic math skills, and availability for both day and night shifts; ServSafe certification is preferred.
