Description
The Bartender will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, take guest orders, recommend drinks and food pairings, process payments, monitor responsible alcohol service, maintain a clean and organized bar, and collaborate with servers and other staff. The role requires prior high-volume restaurant or bar experience, knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits, strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
