Description
The Bartender prepares beverages, takes and serves orders, recommends menu items, verifies alcohol-age eligibility, maintains bar stock, and keeps the bar and lounge clean and sanitary. The role requires strong communication, flexibility for varied shifts including weekends and holidays, fast-paced service, cash-handling accuracy, and the ability to learn the Aloha Point of Service system. No formal education is required, but a relevant training certificate or licensure may be needed.
