Description
The Bar Server prepares drink orders using recipes and measuring systems, issues and serves wine and champagne, maintains bar and table cleanliness, prepares garnishes, stocks supplies, washes glassware, processes payments, counts the bank, secures alcohol and storage areas, and completes closing duties. The role also requires welcoming guests, following safety and security procedures, maintaining professional appearance, and performing physical work throughout a shift. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least one year of related work experience are preferred; no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
