Description
The Bartender role is responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the bar’s appearance and function, providing guest service, managing cash and information, building relationships with hotel guests and community members, and following safety, confidentiality, and company policies. The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and handling objects weighing up to 25 pounds; a high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least one year of related work experience are preferred, while no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
