Description
The role prepares drink orders from recipes, serves wine and champagne, maintains bar and table cleanliness, stocks supplies, processes payments, counts the bank, secures alcohol and storage areas, and completes closing duties. It also requires welcoming guests, following safety and security procedures, maintaining professional appearance, and performing physical work throughout the shift. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least one year of related work experience are preferred; no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
