Description
The Guest Service Expert provides in-person guest service at a Marriott property, including setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, serving guests, handling transactions, and cleaning work areas. The role requires standing, walking, lifting and moving objects, reaching overhead and below the knees, and following safety, policy, quality, and appearance standards. A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and less than one year of related work experience are preferred; no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
