Description
The Bartender provides table and bar-counter service at Lefay Resort & SPA Dolomiti, supports the Head Bartender, answers wine questions, checks and restocks supplies, prepares drinks, issues and serves wine and champagne, handles cash and bank procedures, secures liquor and beverage storage, and communicates replenishment needs. The role also assists with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee development, while following safety, security, and company policies. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least one year of related work experience are preferred; no supervisory experience or license or certification is required.
